About Me

I am a plus size (US 14-16) woman focused on body positivity and self-love. I have not always approached my body with gratitude. I suffered from eating disorders (bulimia and anorexia) for 10 years before I finally decided to love myself fully. It is a work in progress, and I am challenged every day.

I am a mental health advocate as well as a client. I have anxiety (general, more social), depression, and body dysmorphia. I also struggle with suicide ideation quite frequently. I hold a bachelors degree from the University of New Haven in community clinical psychology (2016). I am currently working on my masters of science in psychology at the University of Vermont (2019).

I love exploring, communicating with spirits, reading tarot, trying on new clothes and being a model for my photographer fiancé. I also love food, horror movies, and hot baths. 🙂

I am embarking on a new journey of co-owning a home in Barre, VT. I will be renovating and updating a lot in the future!

Finally, I am a proud dog mom to the perfect wiener dog, Ella.
